PLEASE watch this and take action. Call or write to your congressman, sign the petition. CISPA is worse than SOPA and will annihilate all of our personal freedom of speech on the internet, which is obviously the largest modern personal exchange platform and a wealth of information without bias. This bill is written so loosely that you could be considered a threat to national security by what you google, type on facebook, or express in a personal e-mail. It could single handedly destroy independent journalism. This effects everyone, and while you might think “someone else will deal with it” or “it will never happen”, we can’t exercise our power in a position of apathy. Stop letting someone else control your life, and take control of it for yourself.
